Prep & Landing Reminder!
My 8 year old has talked non stop about Prep & Landing since he saw a commercial about it a couple weeks ago. I wrote myself a note to remember when it airs and that night is tonight! Merry Madagascar Reminder!
If your kids love Madagascar then check out the all new holiday special, Merry Madagascar, tonight at 8pm EST on NBC. We haven’t seen it yet but anything with Alex, Marty, Melman, & Gloria has to be hilarious! If this 30 minute special doesn’t getting you laughing and into the holiday spirit I don’t know what will! 
If you don’t get a chance to watch it tonight with the kids you can catch it again on November 28th, 2009 at 8pm. Or, you can buy it for $5.
Vampire Diaries TV Show Review
Every year I choose a few new shows to watch out of the Fall TV lineup. Last year I chose Fringe and I’m so glad I did because it is now one of my favorite shows to watch along with Lost. And seeing as though I’m drawn to supernatural-type shows, this year I have to admit that a show clearly targeted to teen girls - Vampire Diaries jumped out at me. I would like to redeem myself though by saying that this is the first show I’ve watched in a long time that is centered around a bunch of 25 year old’s pretending to be high school age kids.
At first glance the Vampire Diaries TV Show would look to anyone like a rip off of Twilight since it’s a high school vampire love story. That is until you dig a little deeper and see that it is based on a popular book series from the early 1990s. It’s also different in that it is based on two vampire brothers - one evil(Damon played by Ian Somerhalder) and one good (Stefan played by Paul Wesley). Read more
