Personalize Your M&Ms

Does it get any better than being able to personalize your M&Ms? I don’t think so.

Recently Mom Central asked us to try out Personalized M&Ms and we just had to say yes because who can say no to candy that has cute little faces all over them? Not us of course!

So, I went to MyMMs.com and uploaded both of my kids pictures and chose the colors I wanted. Then our personalized bags of M&Ms arrived about 2 weeks later. Our first impression was that they were so cute we didn’t want to eat them! But then we caved because we love M&Ms so much!

Overall, the new personalized M&Ms would make great birthday gifts and holiday gifts. They would be great for Valentine’s Day too. There are so many fun possibilties! Check out the My M&Ms website for more ideas and gifts!

Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Character Lineup!

Watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on TV is just as much of a Thanksgiving tradition for our family as is eating Turkey! Actually, when I was a child we used to eat our Thanksgiving dinner while the parade was on. I’ll never forget eating stuffing for breakfast!

Cap Trappers Review: Great for Homeschoolers!

I home school my children so we always have an abundance of craft supplies, crayons, and markers lying around our house. However we have one very common scenario : When our 7 year old goes to get his favorite marker we find out that the 4 year old has forgotten to put the cap back on! And, we all know what that means, a useless dried out marker! We’ve thrown tons of markers in the garbage over this. So, when we heard about the Cap Trapper we were excited to learn more about it. Madagascar 2: Escape To Africa

Last Friday we took our 2 boys to see Madagascar 2: Escape To Africa and what fun we had! Well, all except the seemingly never-ending trailers.  I can guarantee you we saw at least 11 trailers for new kids movies which in my opinion is a bit much for kids to sit through. After all that advertising we should have gotten in free!

Now on to the movie…

If your kids already adore Melman, Marty, Alex, and Gloria then simply put they are going to enjoy the sequel. In Escape To Africa, Read more
