Family Time Fun Dinner Games Review

Since we homeschool our children and mostly work from home, most of our meals are at home which means we eat at the table 3 times a day nearly every single day. Every so often my kids will complain of starving thus waiting impatiently for dinner or whichever meal it may be for the day to be ready.

In comes Family Dinner Games which are games that are supposed to add fun while waiting around the table for a meal to be ready, and to encourage fun communication and conversation during family dinner time.

We received 4 of the Family Time Fun games - Gather Round Dinner Game, the Gather Round Restaurant Game, the beginner Dinner Games for kids 3-6, and the original Dinner Games for families with kids 6-12.
The Gather Round games are push button games and the other two games are a set of 51 cards.

There are lots of fun questions and activities as well as some more challenging questions that allows you to find out what’s going on inside your 3-6 year old’s head. I really enjoyed those questions. The Gather Round games are better-suited to kids 5 and up.

Overall, the Family Time Fun dinner games are great for family dinner night and even more fun during holiday gatherings. What’s even better is that this game is simple and no prep is necessary! And, even though these card games were meant to be used sitting around the table I also think they are great to use during long road trips, vacations & for homeschooling. All you need to do is omit a few cards and it’s a great game that keeps the entire family entertained!
