Land’s End Kids Sports Squall Parka Review

I’m continually surprised by the quality of the Land’s End products so when we were asked to try out their Kids Sports Squall Parka we couldn’t resist. Last year I received a comfy Women’s Land’s End jacket to review ( that I still wear ) and was very pleased with it so we were excited to to be able to try out the new similar kids coat.

When the coat arrived in the mail, my 8 year old son was thrilled to say the least! He loved the color, all the pockets, and how comfortable it felt. I was surprised at how soft and light this coat is considering it has a -10/35 F temperature rating. I love that this coat is not bulky at all. I remember when my son was in Kindergarten, and the hassle it was to put on his coat and take it off as soon as he got in the car because his seat belt wouldn’t buckle. That problem is solved with this coat!

Overall, we are very impressed with this Land’s End coat and the price is just right. Currently these coats are on sale for only $52.00 which is an awesome deal. They come in a variety of fun colors for both boys and girls.

In our family, we wear coats nearly 5 months out of the year and since the Land’s End coats are such high quality you can hand them down to siblings or other family members which makes this coat truly a great buy.
