The Good, the Bad, and the Deadly DVD Review

Of all the safety concerns we have for our children, mushroom poisoning is probably low on most people’s list. We thought so too until we viewed The Good, the Bad, and the Deadly: Knowing The Poisonous Mushrooms DVD presented by Taylor F. Lockwood.

Did you know that ingesting the wrong type of mushroom could prove to be fatal? Did you know that these mushrooms often lurk in your child’s play area (yard)?

This DVD educates people on the different types of mushrooms from edible to fatal. The DVD presents the material in an easy to understand manner. My husband, our 8 year old son, and I watched it together and was completely involved in this DVD. The cool thing about this DVD is that it’s not boring at all. It’s very interesting to watch especially if you live in area where lots of mushrooms grow in your yard like we do here in the Southeastern U.S.
