Review: The Aroma ARC-1000 Rice Cooker Appliance
One kitchen appliance that I don’t like to use very often during our hot summer months (July & August) is our oven. I prefer to eat and serve foods that don’t have to be cooked. We also use the microwave, bread machine, and our sandwich maker frequently for our meals. Yes, I am the queen of microwaving during the Summer!
Recently we were given the opportunity to try out one of the Aroma rice cookers, and since we eat a ton of rice we definitely wanted to give this convenient appliance a try. We’ve been using this rice cooker for a while now and below you will find our honest review.
What We Like About The Aroma Rice Cooker:
1. This is no ordinary appliance. It steams rice, veggies, and meat all at once. It has multiple functions and can cook various types of rice.
2. It’s convenient, quick, and has a timer!
3. It makes great-tasting rice.
4. You can make healthy and cheap recipes with the rice cooker.
5. It uses less electricity and doesn’t heat up our home.
6. Best of all, our 5 yr old son with food allergies really benefits from this appliance as rice is his favorite food.
Overall, this is a nice appliance to have if you love rice. It’s great for busy families to have around any time of the year!

I have been thinking about a rice cooker too. Is it really easier than making a pot of rice on the stove? How hard is it to clean?
I prefer making rice in the rice cooker rather than on the stove. And yes, it is much easier to clean, in my opinion.
