A Plumm Summer: An Entertaining DVD For The Kids
Paramount Home Entertainment presents A Plumm Summer, a charming kid’s movie based on an actual event that took place in a small town in Montana during the 1960s.
A Plumm Summer follows the story of two young brothers, Rocky and Elliot (played by the up and coming Chris Massoglia/Kelly) who live in an unstable home where sometimes “drunk dad” played quite realistically by William Baldwin doesn’t even make it home. One day Rocky’s favorite tv character puppet, Froggie Doo, goes missing. From then on the entire movie revolves around the kidnapping and finding of the very weird yet cute Froggie Doo puppet. The two brothers along with their new neighbor friend Haley go on a hunt to find out who kidnapped Froggie Doo. The ending will surprise you.
If you want to watch a heartwarming yet zany “summer” movie with your kids then this one is for you. It is a real treat and so unlike most new movies out there! Simply put, it’s a sweet family film. Those in the 4 to 9 age set will enjoy it the most!
