Land’s End Swimsuits + A Contest!

Bathing suit season is near. If you are like most women, you are fantasizing about your “problem areas” rather than the upcoming fun in the sun!

Well, Land’s End wants to help by making it easier for you to choose the right suit to fit your body type with their swimsuit solutions. Land’s End has an entire YouTube channel dedicated to helping you choose the right suit for your body type.

In addition, Land’s End offered us the chance to review a swimsuit from their new collection. I chose the white bikini shown here in a size 2 since I’m petite.Â White was not my first color choice ( I adore black) but white was the only color in size 2 available at the time for me to sample.

Upon receiving and trying out the new Land’s End bathing suit, here are my thoughts:

1. This Land’s End bathing suit is made out of high quality materials and the fabric provides UPF 50 sun protection unlike most suits. Land’s End definitely does not skimp on quality materials!

2. The Land’s End size 2 was a bit big on me especially in the chest area. I’m pretty sure I won’t be wearing this suit anywhere this year. So, if you are very petite like me then a size 2 may not fit you as well as say an XS from Victoria’s Secret. I’ve had great success with the Victoria’s Secret bikinis in XS.

Overall, Land’s End does offer high quality swimsuits for most body types. I’m pretty sure one suit would last for quite a few years and that says a lot! The only real complaint I have is that Land’s End do not offer enough variety for Petite Moms like myself.Â I’d love to see Land’s End offer a size 0 soon!
