Not long ago, I received a ’sample’ of Crest White Strips - one application. I had to laugh because sometimes stupid is funny

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate Always carry a water bottle. Use sunscreen, and use enough of it. Reapply as needed when active.

I use a drop of vitamin E oil mixed with my moisturizer in the morning. It helps created a barrier to keep moisture in, it makes my skin feel sort and vitamin E is great for the skin.
