Lullaby Exercises DVD Review
Lullaby Exercises, presented by chicks-n-chickens, is a really cool exercise DVD for new moms. The founder, Darcy Novo Albrecht, saw a need for post-partum moms to exercise and bond with their babies so she created this soothing easy-to-do workout all while holding your baby. WOW!
This workout is designed to benefit both mom and newborn baby by allowing Mom to take care of herself physically while taking care of her baby at the same time. Babies will enjoy the music and fall asleep nearly every time. This is a great idea and what’s even better is that it really works!
Overall, A Mom’s Review highly recommends this mom & baby exercise program. It’s a sure winner! This would make an excellent gift for a new mom because it’s something every moms needs but not enough moms get!
