Chocolate Coated Pumpkin Seeds Recipe!
Halloween is upon us which means many families are carving their pumpkins this week. So what are you going to do with all the goo once you carve your pumpkins? You can roast and eat them! Yummy! I have a recipe for all your pumpkin seeds after you have carved your pumpkins. How about chocolate coated pumpkin seeds?
What You Need:
Pumpkin seeds from fresh pumpkin, oil & salt, chunk of chocolate (melt it in microwave) or use cinnamon or sugar if you don’t have chocolate. You could also mix cocoa with sugar for another taste.
Mix oil, salt, & pumpkin seeds. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until crispy. Then pour melted chocolate after seeds cool for a few minutes. Enjoy!
If you want to use the cinnamon/sugar/cocoa mixture then you need to add that in before you bake them so you will have a sweet &salty pumpkin seed mix.
