Some Must-See DVD Kids Movies Out Sept. ‘08
It’s time for a DVD round-up of the latest kids movies out on DVD. This month some cool & cute must-see movies were released. Rent or buy these for rainy day entertainment!
First up we have the CGI-animated The Blue Elephant from the Jim Henson Company. In this movie, kids will follow the little Elephant Khan on a big adventure where he learns important life lessons -friendship, love, bravery & more. Overall, our family really enjoyed this heartwarming DVD and recommend it to all families.

It’s not Winter yet but that won’t stop kids from getting excited about the upcoming snow season a little earlier with the PBS Kids Caillou’s Winter Wonders. Caillou’s Winter Wonders includes 4 episodes, 14 adventures and special DVD features including fun and educational coloring pages your kids will enjoy! In this DVD Caillou explores the snow, Caillou learns about holiday traditions, Caillou learns of all the exciting winter activities, and Caillou enjoys Winter sports. Kids ages 3-8 will surely enjoy this one!

Disney presents the School House Rock: Election Collection. This limited edition DVD teaches kids about our country and other important information such as the election, taxes, and money in a fun catchy way. This DVD also comes with an election tracking kit complete with stickers where kids can keep track of the actual voting results from the upcoming 2008 presidential election. I really look forward to doing this activity with my 7 1/2 year old son in November.
