Arnold Double Protein & Double Fiber Breads! NEW!

We go through a lot of bread in our house. Most of the time we eat the Sara Lee Whole Grain White which I realize is not the healthiest bread out there but it’s what the kids and I like. I must add that it is a good source of whole grain even though it’s not entirely whole grain. The husband usually eats 35 calorie white or wheat bread.

Anyway, a week or so ago we were asked to try out Arnold’s new Double Fiber Whole Wheat and Double Protein Multi-Grain breads.  I was a little hesitant at first because we don’t eat a lot of whole grain breads. I like them but the kids don’t! After some testing, we found out that the kids are not fans of the Arnold’s Double Fiber and Double Protein breads. It’s not that the bread is bad. It’s that our kids have grown up on white bread and rice flour bread for the most part. However, my husband and I really enjoyed the bread. And, wow, there is 14 grams of protein in the Double Protein bread! Additionally, my husband says he plans on eating the Arnold Double Protein Multi-Grain bread regularly now so I guess I’ll be looking for it next week at the grocery store!

Overall, A Mom’s Review recommends the Arnold Grains & More Double Protein Hearty Multi-Grain Bread & the Arnold Grains & More Double Fiber 100% Whole Wheat Bread. It’s super healthy & tasty! The bread is great for breakfast sandwiches, garlic bread, and lunch!
