Baba Mama Review: Now Available On DVD!
Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, (both SNL faves of mine) star in the new to DVD movie, Baby Mama. Baby Mama tells the story of a nearing 40 year old business woman, Kate, played by Fey, who wants a Baby yet she can’t have one on her own. So, she turns to a surrogate mother. Her surrogate is a free-spirited/white trashy-ish working woman, Angie, played by Poehler. Once pregnant Angie lands on Kate’s doorstep with no place to go things start to get really funny.
Moms, if you like SNL type comedies then Baby Mama is for you. Overall, this is an entertaining comedy for moms with a predictably warm ending! It is available on DVD and Blu-Ray as of yesterday 9/9/08. If you haven’t seen it yet, you should go out and rent it!
